Named after a dog Tyler's boyfriend had when he was a child, Dexter is... essentially just a big, lovable Rottweiler pup, in Tyler's eyes. Albeit, one who can spit fire. That raises the danger level a bit. He's the excitable, reckless kind of dog where Tyler doesn't think he'll really grow out of it, but he's taken to hand-sign commands remarkably well, and he's enjoying being trained and roughhousing with other Pokemon. Gets remarkably sulky when he loses a fight.
Evolved 9 April. Rather mundanely, Dexter evolved during a routine training session Tyler hosts for his Pokemon. He's gotten quite smart, and is able to work well with minimal commands from Tyler at this point. But he's still a dumb baby and loves positive reinforcement.
