Tyler's starting Pokemon from the Rockets. He doesn't know much about the odd little bird he received, but so far she seems to have a fondness for sitting on his head and shoulders, and stares at people quite a lot - often to the point of unsettling them. He doesn't think he's seen her blink yet. She's got an unexpected stubborn streak to her, and a tenacious attitude towards being moved around. While she seems content to not yet hurt Tyler, the impression that that's only a matter of time is very present.
